Me and 3 others are starting a tech business. however, it is more beneficial for each of us to create our own LLC with a parent LLC, subcontracting the work out to each persons LLC, or have 1 LLC with each of us as a partner.Thinking the four seperate LLC, is easier to conduct end of the year on each individual? Thanks in advance for the help!
