LLC registered in one state but managed in another

I am a partner in an LLC that is registered in NM. All of the current partners (5) are located in different states. We developed some software that we all use and we have one employee in another state who manages our website and provides phone support. We have a few clients (also in different states) who pay annual support fees. Currently we file and pay taxes in two states. We have no physical presence in NM since the employee who was there has passed away. I will be taking over bookkeeping responsibilities and need to make mailing address changes. Would my address become the "business location". Will I now have to file in three states? Do I need to continue filing in NM just because we are registered in that state?
