I have registered a LLC and have following question. Any help will be greatly appreciated.1)I have created the operating agreement. What to do with the Operating Agreement? Do I keep it or I have submit it somewhere? All of the members information is in Operating Agreement.
2) If this is a multi member LLC, do we need a partnership agreement? How does outsiders know who are the members in this LLC.?
3) There is a management section in operating agreement. Do we remove it or fill it assuming one of the members is a manager?
4) How to convert single member llc to multi member llc? Thanks,
