As I stated in my profile, I am looking for a very practical loan Idea for a
new business that I'm starting. I have an office and a few purchases for the
business and I got stuck since I lost my job. I have very poor credit and
cannot borrow from the bank. I have to keep paying rent or I lose the space.
My business is Health Care related. I need Ideas or a point to the right
direction. If I can obtain a $25,000 loan, I will be fine.

office, and presumably a lease, yet you don't indicate whether you have
clients. I agree that you may want to seek guidance from a small business
development center or a SCORE counselor in your area. Their services are
free.
If you don't have enough clients to make your business profitable, you need
to get out and network. You don't mention what type of health care you are
involved in, but surely there are clinics, doctors, professional associations
where you can be networking and presenting your services.

have to have two to three years of solid financials before a money lender
like a bank will even consider lending you money. Often you need to have a
strong personal credit record to be eligible for a decent business loan from
start-up. There are other lenders that offer business loans specifically for
start-ups so the process is easier now than it was a decade ago.

generic unless you provide more information, but to be honest there are
better places to get help than from faceless strangers. You can contact SCORE
at their San Antonio office, and one of their mentors should be able to sit
with you and go over the specifics. http://sanantonio.score.org/
Personally, I think you are starting from the wrong place. You are looking
for a loan while at the same time stating " I have bad credit and do not
qualify for any loans"...... it seems almost self defeating. If I were to go
over your situation, I would first want to know if this idea for a business
that you have seems like a viable one. With 3 minor kids and partially
disabled, you have to deal with situations most entrepreneurs do not have to
deal with, which means it might be more difficult in your case.
