Hi all

How do I go about making sure another company doesn't use my logo photo? My niece is a student in graphic design, she and I created it together.

Apply for a trademark with your state agency that issues trademarks. In some
states you have to have used the trademark in business for a period of time,
so place it on your brochures and business cards right away.
