Depending on your situation, you may have more success in seeking needed business funds fron non-bank sources. There are a number of sources of legitimate business funds that are available for equipment, supplies, inventor, etc. Or if you are in business and need to accelerate you cash flow, investigate invoice factoring. If your sales are good, but income is locked up in receivables, invoice factoring will unlock that cash and get you paid within 24-48 hours. Yes - community banks and credit union may be able to help you. But you are probably beating your head against the wall.  Even if they are funding or the banks opened their lending, you would still have to over-qualify to get the funds.  Not fair - just the way it is.   There are other lenders - non-bank lenders - that might be able to help you.
