going to happen unless you have great personal income and lots of collateral.
Forget about purchasing a building or any property - not going to get a loan
for that as you have to be able to make the loan payments.
Might think about doing your business idea online - much easier to operate,
takes less money - way less - to get up and running and possibly look to drop
shipping to handle your inventory (which can be very expensive for a
retailer). Do this online - find your market and start to earn revenue. Once
the revenue starts to come in - them other options will open up to you - like
the ability to get your own building and own inventory.

Your "So" collection is best, wish you got a good placement for your
boutique, your creation is commercial grade.

are expensive to start and operate because of the need to constantly replace
inventory. You may want to visit with a counselor at a small business
development center, a womens business center or a SCORE office. They can
evaluate your business plan and recommend how to proceed.

state and local government may offer other financial assistance programs,
such as low interest loans. Contact your state’s economic development
agency as a starting point. This online directory lists local and
international agencies too.
