Cheyenne, It's not clear to me exactly what you're planning to provide. You mention your a logistics company. Do you have a pick and packing system with automated conveyors? And if so, did you expand that to the other part of the warehouse? Or do you mean you just have empty warehouse space? The reason I ask is because you specifically mention that your a logistics company - and in my long and varied career I was once a programmer for Edison Brothers (now defunct) in St. Louis and I would think smaller companies that are analyzing their needs for logistics systems - especially new companies - would definitely have potential interest. I know that doesn't fully answer your original question - something I'm going to sleep on and see what I come up with. I would imagine it would be possible reverse-engineer where other logistics companies are gaining clients. Of course, if you merely meant that you have empty warehouse space available I suppose all of the rest of that information is irrelevant. However, I live in Clayton, MO and know someone who does a lot of commercial real estate who might have some ideas. So, it would be helpful to know which scenario you're talking about.

I agree with nichole creating relations with the people near you would be a great start.
