The marina is always greener on the other side...

I recently started an all electric boat rental business in Northeast Florida. I will only use non-polluting electric powered craft in my fleet. The marina owners are very happy with my eco-friendly approach to boat renting (they are already participating in the clean marina program) and so far so good.
Considering the relative small size of this community I'm able to pay the bills and make a small profit. I have only one boat so far but am looking to acquire another boat as business is slowly increasing. I am working to generate enough new business to be able to hire an employee or two.
My question is are there any programs (loans or grants) that are specifically targeted for green businesses? I am aware of the SBA and typical sources but don't have any idea if any of the new Obama green initiatives would apply to my situation. I would appreciate any advice or input any of you may have regarding this.
Many thanks,
Eric
