Hello my name is matthew nalett i own 2 music social networks in chicago and i am wanting to take my music network to the next level and start a record label and also as well a Music Industry Magazine that will be Chicago Based. I am looking for a Investor for the most part.
I do not have any credit, i do not have a business plan and i do not have any co-signers for getting a loan so what do you suggest for someone with all that?

Please check out our 10 steps to starting a business- it'll provide you with a good place to start. Here are some tips to writing a business plan as well.
Since you're in Chicago, the Illinois Small Business Guide will be a helpful resource.
