We are looking for other small businesses with quality supplies and
competitive prices that we can use as suppliers to obtain inventory or get
price quotes for bids. The large companies are monopolizing the medical
supply industry.

Have you looked for or contacted medical supply manufacturer ASSOCIATIONS or
TRADE GROUPS. They would have a list of tons of the suppliers you are looking
for and their contact information. A simple web search should get you
started.
