I'am Italian and I would like to open in Miami a company that will give
services to many supermarkets and restaurants.
I know, more or less, about the procedure of how foreigners can work in usa.
The question is: is there a minimum amount of money needed to open a company
? Or all i have to do is garantee that i have the money needed to start the
activity ??

Maybe I have not expressed properly. As i am a foreigner, to open a company
here in miami, do i have to invest a minimum amount of money ? I mean, can i
open an activity that will cost me (at the beginning ovviously) less than $
200,000 ? Or to be able to work here i have to invest at least $ 500,000 ???
