Not sure how to use this either. I just want to know how to get a minority (woman) business certification number. Does anyone know?

Welcome to the Community! You'd need to apply to the Department of Minority Business for your state. Try searching for this department on your state government's website and you should be able to find the right form. In some states, like Virginia, you can even apply online for this certification. Let us know if you are successful in your search!
