Hi, I know if I sell any thing on my website out of my state I dont need to collect taxes, but what if I dont sell any thing in two months in my state? how can I most report my sales taxes in the state? If I didnt sale anything in my state?

You will need to collect sales tax when you sell anything to any one in your state. Although there have been some recent attempts by some states to collect sales tax whenever you sell anything to anyone in any state. To make sure you are in compliance with any new changes check with your CPA.
What i suggest you is better consult chartered accountant that guy will pay your collected tax every quaterly and suppose you have not collected any tax then your chartered accountant will mention Nil in state sales. Why i have suggested chartered accountant as they have this type of work in there routine so it is easy for them than you.

Where is your business located? I would suggest contacting your state department of revenue to see what their reporting requirements are.
You should receive a form to be filed, usually quarterly, to pay your collected sales tax. If you didn't collect any tax, you would return the form and indicate zero in-state sales. In some states, the form is accessed on-line on your state department of revenue's web site rather than being sent to you.
