Grants are hard to get.  Not only do they have very specific requirements - but, they are extremely competitive. Another question you might need to ask yourself is; why does your business need a grant to stay afloat?  Your business might not need more capital - but might want to look at who you serve.  Maybe you are targeting the wrong customers or not targeting them in such a way that they are inclined to buy from you. Throwing money at a struggling business usually never helps.  Much better to change the business to better meet a market need then to just spin your wheels trying to find money that in the end will not provide much long-term benefit.
