We are attempting to buy an existing business, do I keep the same name? We
plan on keeping it the same at first then change little things here and there
down the road

If the existing business has a good reputation and has been around for years,
it may be advantageous to keep the existing name. Conversely, if there are
issues that may have affected the business's reputation, you may want to
change the name.
