Hi all! I am working as a telemarketer in a Marketing Corp. I'd really want
to become succesfull in this career, however I am just new and I don't know
what are the effective strategies to pursuade clients to invest/purchase on
the services that our company is offering. Could you please give me an advice
with this matter? Thank you.

persuading the customers so that they can buy your company's product or
services. So, If you are into any type of business, developing a marketing
and business plan means alot and is used in persuasion to generate
sales.Strategies used for persuading the customers includes:
-Knowing the difference between a benefit and a feature.
-Using vivid but plain language.
-Avoid Jargon and biz-blab.
-Do keep the list of benefits short.
-Be unique or can say emphasize uniqueness to you or your firm.

are the hot buttons you can touch on when you are talking to people. People
don't buy products, they buy solutions.

practice for someone in the sales industry, actually any business could
benefit from making sure their staff is polite.
But the point on listening is your key to success. Everyone is different and
listening closely will help you connect with your customers and let you
adjust your communication style, do they seem like they're in a hurry, do
they seem like they will let you be personal maybe asking about the area they
live in, or do they seem like they just want to keep things dry and only want
the facts. Listening will also help you find their specific needs for your
product, asking a question or two wont hurt.
But as kmurry has stated, copying successful sales tactics is what you need
to do.
Although asking for advise from others can be helpful, the best way to learn
is to sit with the top sales people and listen closely to how they adjust
their sale pitch per each customer. Even if you have to do these sit ins on
your own time, the more time you can spend with them the better. Hang in
there, if you have a true gift for sales, you'll get it eventually. I hope it
helps, let me know what you think.

have provided training on how to effectively sell your company's products and
services. You may want to review your training manual.
That said, you can't force someone to purchase something they don't want or
need. I get really frustrated when telemarketers call my office and won't
take no for an answer. I understand that they are getting paid by the number
of sales they make and they must meet quotas, but that doesn't make it my
responsibility to purchase something I don't need, nor should they waste my
time when I say "no" by continuing to try to persuade me to buy.
Your most effective strategy is to listen to your customers and be very
polite. If they need your product, they will respond to that and want to work
with someone they have developed a connection with.
