Need advice to improve

Hi, I have started a community website for learners. I need some advice to
improve it. The website includes discussions, Tutorials Video lectures & some
other learning stuff. I need some real learners as a members to this website
to discuss real learning;s. Need some advice from you

and start posting content that encourages people to leave a comment and join
the discussion. It would also be wise to start up an email mailing list so
that you can keep in contact with people who like what your site is about. To
help in building this list you need to provide some sort of value and use
call to action prompts to get people to subscribe.

about learning? Is it targeting every professionals in every indsutry? Every
student? - Everyone? If yes - then what you can do to make it more effective
to your users is to definitely find "teachers" / "professors" / "trainers" /
"experts" who are willing to share their knowledge, ideas and experiences
through your website. Create separate pages for each of your target industry
to maintain focus on each of your website pages. You can check out
howstuffworks.com and may even help you get an idea how they are able to
disseminate factual information and learning ideas to people. Might help.

you need to go to where they are online (or offline) and offer a free
membership to your site in exchange for feedback. Once you get feedback from
those you are targeting, you can then make improvements.
