I'm a student and I have some professional who need rides to airport often. But they need a receipts when they pay me. Since I do not have a business registered, How should I do this,
Can I Open a DBA bank account and issue a receipt?
Do I have to register with the state?
I prefer Doing this as a independent worker or a self employment job.(I am working for school as a part time worker)

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Are you asking how to register your taxi service as a business - or are you asking how provide clients with receipts without actually registering as a business?

If you want to operate as a taxi business, contact your city clerk's office. Taxis and taxi drivers are licensed and regulated. If you want to simply give people rides and then give them a receipt for what they pay you, you may need to be careful that you aren't violating any local ordinances. A call to your city clerk's office shoul help clarify the answers.
Definitely check with your local city clerks office to start with. Also it would help greatly in your cause if you went to work for an existing taxi company in your aread and buddy up to the bosses smarties working there and learn what you can. I have been in the Boston Taxi business 10 years now and there is still tons I do not know.
