Hi Lonnie -
Have you checked out Business.gov's Loans & Grants Search Tool? It's a great resource for finding loan and grant opportunities available in an certain area or industry.
The site's pages dedicated to starting and operating a business in the state of Texas would also be a good resource for you to look through.
Good luck with your business and please continue to post in the community!
