I am wanting to start up a online store. I have found a few wholesalers so i will not actually have any inventory. All items on the website are ordered from a customer then I order the item and send it to them. So I was wondering what type of legal thing do I need to obtain for a business like that such as licenses and permits or any thing like that. Also if anyone knows some places to find start up grants that would be appreciated to. Thanks
