Hi - I have thought of a business I want to start soapmaking, do I need to register it if I want to sell it to businesses and specialty stores? also what about sku's for it and how do i figure out how much to charge wholesale and last question contracts, where do I find these for sales in stores and what should they entail. Also I keep hearing test runs and would like to do this but what if someone steals my idea do I need the soap patented ?
