I currently have an LLC, with d.b.a under another name. My business is an adult day care. I am planning on starting a home care division. I would like to know if its better to create another d.b.a under the same LLC, or just start another LLC/DBA for this separate entity?? Thanks!

I recommend that you consult with a small business attorney on this matter.
