I will be launching an eco-friendly distribution company in June 2009, catering to the hospitality and restaurant industry. I would love to receive information pertaining to inventory and supply control within current restaurant and hotel establishments. It would also be great to have information from a current distribution company representative about their operations. Thanks and I am looking forward to utilizing business.gov.

I was going to suggest that you post your question in the General Business area of the Community, but I see you've already done that. You might also try some restaurant industry groups, or attend a local Chamber of Commerce meeting and talk to restaurant owners in your community.
