New Invention

Hi.  My name is Daniel Courselle. A semi-retired General Contractor (50 years) in So. Calif. primarily Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

I have developed an enclosed Algae Bio-reactor to produce biofuels to start, for continuous growth that can be readied for commercial application.  This is opposed to an open pond system with many problems-hence the closed system.

Because I don't have a PHD after my name, the many attempted contacts, so far,are not interrested or I am stepping on toes and they don't want to discuss my idea.

My call for help is out. I am looking for direction, collaboration or specific assistance with seed money ($35,000). This should prove the system. From there  many startup entities can ensue. Returning GI's would be great with the GI Bill working as small teams. They could work till retirement with a good income.

I have e-mailed initial correspondance with four Colleges. To get them serious it seems, a grant must be involved. This takes time which I don't have. I am 76 and want this to fly. Any suggestions?  My provisional patent pending is only good for one year.Jan. 09
