My family and I are just starting a small business selling barbecue sauce. We
obtained our TIN last year, but have not obtained required license/permit to
sell the sauce. Also, we are working on Nutrition Fact Label information.
Since we do not have any revenues or employees, are we required to file
taxes?

Hi, we would recommend reaching out to your accountant or try getting in touch with a local Small Business Development Center or SCORE, two of SBA's resource partners.
