Hello Everyone, I am in the process of starting my own business. I'm having a hard time trying to get financial help with this process due to bad credit. I would really appreciate any feedback or advice from anyone who has gone through this process.

Hi, That is definitely a tough situation. If you get your credit rating up, you may have better luck again with a bank that's "small-business friendly." You could also consider reaching out to one of SBA's resource partners like SCORE, Women’s Business Centers and Small Business Development Centers. They're located across the country that provide free business counseling to individuals looking to start or expand a small business. Visit SBA Direct to find your local SBA resource partners by entering your zip code.
