I did see the video. It was really interesting to see all that goes into the design. It's so much more than picking out a beautiful stone!! I haven't read the article but I will definitely check that out too. Glad to have you here and hope you can pick up some tips on topics that will help you get more exposure and awareness for your business. Hi Jennifer,   Thank you so much for the welcome!   Glad you liked some of the things you saw on our website.  Did you have a chance to click onto the video which shows the production of a ring from the sketch, wax, firing process, to the final piece of jewelry?   I also wrote a little article on tips for selecting an engagement ring that is on the website.    I am always open to also learning from other businesses- especially networking and seo.   Joyce
