Hello, I am new to the group. I recently started a new consulting business SCORE Business Systems after spending 24+ years in aerospace manufacturing including 7 years as a division President or General Manager.
SCORE Business Systems provides lean transformation consulting that focus on the human capital side of the transformation. Leading lean experts all agree that most lean transformations fail do to lack of focus in this area. The tools used in lean all work well, but only if used by an organization that is ready, willing and able to change.
Our HELP (Human Engagement Lean Process) ensures that issues such as leader development, employee engagement and compensation are all addressed as part of an overall transformation to a lean culture.
We are interested in talking to small and mid-sized companies that are interested in pursuing this type of transformation.
