Is there any new rule for companies resident in Delaware?

 

Does anybody know what are the changes that Obama wants to make in Delaware? (rules for companies with overseas profit)?

I don't see anything on the Delaware State website indicating there a change in policy, but I concur with phanio that contacting the office directly would provide more assurance.

Don't know off hand - but probably would have to do with how they tax you - spread the wealth and all. Contact Del.'s secretary of states office - they should be able to help you.
