We are planning to move to the US and I'm doing some research on the US business and Tax systems. Both my wife and I run an online business. I sell software online , and my wife runs a copywriter business, so we are not bound to a fixed location, and have been moving around for the last 10 years.
I wonder if anybody can let me know which US state has the lowest tax rate in the US. I thought that Delaware was sort of the preferred Tax location for us, but I understood that Florida, Nevada & Wyoming, also have their benefits tax wise.
I would appreciate if anybody could let me know which state offers the lowest tax rate, for a business with a very low overhead and no employees, apart from the 2 owners/directors.

The state where you live and/or perform work you will pay taxes if they have an income tax. So if you are not going to live in one of your mentioned states it really will not matter.
