Why not approach an already existing ice cream company (such as Ben and Jerry's) about a collaborative effort?  Have you done some small scale experimentation in your own kitchen to come up with some tasty base recipes?  Done any work on designing a branding campaign...packaging, logo, a name for this line of ice creams?   You could start small...IE, getting a food booth at some of the summer time outdoor festivals, find out how your product is recieved by the masses, which flavors are or are not a big hit. Further, if your ice creams are a big hit, this could be a great way of raising much needed capital for the business...think about how much money you pay for a Cold Lemonaide on a hot day at a Music Festival or Arts and Crafts Show in the city park.

I think this could work for both a brick and mortar store and an online store. You can test market online, which would I think be cheaper and then expand to brick and mortar when you’ve discovered which products are selling most and to what demographics.

Thank you cosmic rabbit.   I have mentioned the ice cream just for the sake of discussion. My business plan is to develope a powerful market that sells evrery diet product in the planet online and small stores in the long run. American people need convenience. How long do we have to suffer going to stores and search for diet products in stock pile of products that over shadow their presence and existence? The easiest way is openning up a store, strictly diet!! Alas. You get in there, grab wahatever you want in minutes, not in hours and be on the go! We do not have to cross distances to the planet because life should be easy and convenience for the American citizen. Come diet concious, go satisfied diet concious in that powerful market.   My vision for DIET AMERICAN STORES LLC or INC. is like that. It will be operational shortly if God willing. What do your think about state governments requiring food service industries in their areas to reduce trans fats and other bad stuff? Do you think that should be individual choice or a government mandate? Could be a way for you to promote your products i these states.
