Non Profit VS LLC

I'm going to be teaching Spanish at our local recreation department.  I will need to hire 1 or 2 employees.  should I run this as a non-profit or llc?  I really don't think it's going to generate a lot of money.

There are so many variables that it is tough to say. I would of course speak to an attorney who does this for a living. Most of the time though it is better to go as a non-profit for the type of business that you are in so you can accept donations as it is sometimes tough to break even. It also allows for many more grants and tax write-off's.
