Non-Retail Business in Denver - Taxes?

Hi Everyone.
I am starting up a business in Lower Downtown Denver and I can't seem to find
the right answer to this on the Colorado Department of Revenue website. At
this time, my business is strictly services. I am not selling retail
products, but that may happen in the future. If I am not selling retail
products, I don't need a retail license yet. Right now it looks like I don't
have any tax filing options for my business because all I can find is retail
stuff. I know that if I'm doing business in Denver, I still need to cover
taxes for PD/FD/RTD. Is that the Use Tax? How do I register my business for
that?
I am also setting myself up to take payment for appointment over the Web.
Does that mean I also need to file for Internet commerce taxes, or is that
strictly for online retail sales?
Thank you for your time in advance.
