Can someone please tell me what rights a small business subcontractor has when a prime has not paid for work they have already been reimbursed for?

Hi JJ: Not sure what type of sub-contractor you are so I'm just going to point you to where you can find information about the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) say about subcontracting: -- 19.7 The Small Business Subcontracting Program -- Part 44-Subcontracting Policies and Procedures In cases like this seeking professional services, such as legal advice in relation to contracts etc., would help.
