Non-Profits

I'm working with a non-profit and hoping to have them offer my services. Can they hire my LLC and offer my services? How should we structure this relationship without them losing non-profit status (my LLC makes commission?)? If they can't hire my LLC, could they hire me as an independent contractor and I make a commission? Thanks

clearly is with the non-profit organization. If you are an independent
contractor hired by them then I think that is fine. But - if you were hired
by a separate group / organization you should not use the name of your
non-profit organization you are into and your services are separate from what
the NGO has.

Sure why not. There can be some difficulty can raise to hire your LLC, but
they can hire you as an independent contractor and sure you van make
commission.
