Hello everyone,
I run an online business selling PC Games and console subcriptions and Xbox Live Codes, Playstation, Wii Points and Subcriptions. All of the product we sell are delivered digitally to the customers email address. The problem we are running into is we have some customers that are making purchases with stolen credit cards or hacked Paypal accounts. If we accept and deliver the product to a customer useing stolen financial information the payment is eventually reversed by the true card holder and we loose the money and the product. It really cuts into our buttom line and we are not sure of the best way to handle this problem.
Any ideas?
