Hi my name is silvana and im trying to open a boutique online for kids...i was wondering if someone can help me to find out how to file the business name and if i need any permit..I have my tax id number already but i didnt registry the name yet because i dont know how to do it...thank you so much!...

quick internet search will reveal who you need to contact. You can usually
find the form you need to file on their web site. I am surprised that you
could obtain a tax permit without a business name. Usually you need to
register the name so it can be used on permits. Also check with your city to
find out if you need a local business license.
