What legal documents/regulations must South African residents (currently residing in South Africa) comply with to do business online in the USA (national, not state specific)?For example: Establishing online directories with paid listings or membership sites. Without knowing where the online sales will come from do you have to register with all states in the US?I would really appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction or provide references that I can use.Thank you in advance!
