Hi everyone,I am on a planning stage of doing online calling card business in Massachusatee. However, I do not know if I should register my business. If I should, Do I need to register as LLC or DBAs? What fee do I have to pay? (my business does not need to hire employee)Thank you in advance.

If you intend to make money from your business idea, then you need to register your business name and entity type. You can probably start as a DBA (sole proprietorship), then change later if you see a need. You will also need to obtain a sales tax permit and a business license if your city requires you to have one.
