Hi. I am a Drafter wanting to start an online drafting service. I plan to have everything up and running in about a year or so. However, one question I can't seem to find the answer to is do I need a business license for a strictly online service? If so, who do I need to register with? State, Federal, or both? I'm still new at all this, so any tips, advice, or anything you can think of that will help is most appreciated.
Online Drafting Service is one of the teach online services that is timely these days. not only you can do freelance drafting works, you can also teach drafting via online. the technology is already there so it no longer a problem teaching these skills and offering these services online.

Congratulations on starting a business. An online business has all the same requirements as a traditional brick and mortar business in regards to most aspects of the business.
