Yeah, when it comes to online pharmacies, its all about the country you live in, and any prohibitive legislation regarding the sale of prescription drugs etc.
It depends on what country you are in. There are many laws regarding selling drugs via mail and the internet. This can get you in a lot of trouble if not propely done by the books.

It isn't illegal to start an on-line pharmacy, but it is difficult. Pharmaceutical sales are highly regulated, both at the federal level by the Food and Drug Administration and at the state level by your state's board of pharmacy. You should be able to obtain information from both agencies on the requirements to start an on-line pharmacy, including licensing and regulating issues.
