Hey just wanted to introduce myself as I plan on posting here from time to time. I run an online management reputation firm that also does public relations, social media marketing, and web design. My company has done work already for a few large companies as well as a variety of small businesses. Look forward to helping people out here as well as getting help on a few subjects.

Don't get me wrong, you're on point with a few things, but the major part of it is preventing negative media\reviews\etc from being viewable via search engines and other media outlets. If you read the services side it says management of your online reputation which does include preventing negative and false news/reviews/etc. We have already done online reputation management for many companies and we understand the concept fairly well I believe. Also it is impossible to eliminate every negative article from the search engines even though we would not allow it on the first page. We have a great understanding of the public relations side of it as well where if you try to block every slightly negative review it can actually create a consumer/media backlash which is something you do not want.
