Open Government Directive Drafting Phase Extended to July 3

The Open Government Directive recently entered into phase 3, the drafing phase. In this phase, citizens are asked to draft recommendations for accepted ideas presented during the Open Questions phase.
The drafting of the recommendations will continue through midnight Eastern Friday, July 3rd. And voting for the recommendations until 5pm Eastern Monday, July 6th.
