I am a Canadian Citizen. I recently bought few houses in Las Vegas. I am considering the option of opening up and registering a company in California to show all the rental income and other expenses, and pay taxes as per.
Please let me know if Canadian Citizen is eligible to open a Holdings company in California.
Besides business license what other permits and registrations or tax numbers would I need to operate a business there.
