However, in a 6 year period both local and state goverments can add a lot of new requirements to operating a new buisness. I'd consult with your local goverment as suggested above and seek the help of a skillful buisness attorney that handles this stuff in your local area; preferably county.

Contact your secretary of state's office for requirements in FL. You might even be able to get information from your county or city clerk's office. But, depending on how you formed your business, you might not have to do anything. You could also contact a local SCORE office - free to use.
