Hello,

I am a licensed Professional Engineer registered in CO. I am working with a FL based Consulting firm & am trying to find out the requirements for opening a CO branch of this company. Has anyone out there got any information or suggestions?

Hi Mike, For starters, I would check out the CO Starting a Business Guide to see what you need to do to set up your branch in the state. Also, you may want to post your specific questions in the Starting and Registering a Business Forum as more small business owners will see it and be able to offer input based on their own experiences.
