I am new to all of this but i have so many questions in reference to starting
business by opening up a transitional home and halfway house. I want to know
wha t certificates i need and just wants needed to get contract with the
state or government.

plan. Most transitional homes operate as non-profits, which allows them to
solicit grants and funding from businesses and other entities. Transitional
homes are highly licensed and regulated, so you will want to be certain to do
your research before going forward with your idea.
