Opening my own bakery/creperie in New Orleans!

I want to open a French bakery/creperie in New Orleans. I know what I want but I don't know how to get it. Where do I start and what is my action plan?
-How do I find commercial real estate in NOLA?
-How should I write my business plan for a start-up/new business owner?
-How can I do a market analysis for New Orleans?
If you have any advice, resources, etc, I'd appreciate the help.
I understand it's going to take a team to create my dream. I'm looking for team members, resources, funding, etc.
thanks

contacting a counselor at a small business development center or a SCORE
office in your area. They can help you through the process. An SBDC may be
able to provide assistance with market research and writing your business
plan. Restaurants are highly regulated, so you will want to be certain you
have all the necessary information before jumping into the business.
