I am new to trying to open a small business and to establish a loan. Where do
I get help. I live in Jacksonville, Florida.

Try going to your local court house to ask around for programs that maybe
able to help you locally.

going help you in better manner and even for small loan you go for payday

I would suggest that you start with a business plan. It does not have to be a
formal one - but one that at least does some feasibility on your idea before
you waste any money.
You can also contact a local SBDC or SCORE office in your area and they help
you develop a business plan, research your market and connect you with local
business loan resources.
